LinguaNova Hub provides English language education services, including but not limited to:

• General English courses
• Business English training
• Exam preparation (IELTS, TOEFL)
• Conversation practice sessions
• Online and in-person instruction

3. Registration and Account

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as necessary
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

4. Course Enrollment and Payment

4.1 Enrollment

By enrolling in a course, you agree to attend scheduled classes and complete assigned coursework to the best of your ability.

4.2 Fees and Payment

Course fees must be paid in full before the start of the course unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. All payments are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy.

4.3 Refund Policy

• Full refund if cancellation occurs 7 days or more before course start date
• 50% refund if cancellation occurs 3-6 days before course start date
• No refund for cancellations within 2 days of course start date or after course has begun

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through LinguaNova Hub, including course materials, videos, texts, graphics, and logos, are the property of LinguaNova Hub or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or sell any course materials
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users
• Record or distribute class sessions without written permission

6. User Conduct

You agree to use our services in a respectful and lawful manner. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Harassment or discrimination against instructors or other students
• Disrupting classes or interfering with the learning environment
• Using our services for any illegal purpose
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems

7. Class Attendance and Cancellation

7.1 Student Attendance

Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes. Excessive absences may result in removal from the course without refund.

7.2 Class Cancellations by LinguaNova Hub

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.

8. Limitation of Liability

LinguaNova Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ukraine.

14. Severability
